Official Giveaway Rules

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Sponsor & Scope: These Official Rules ("Rules") apply to all sweepstakes ("Giveaways") sponsored by Loot Vault LLC. Specific Giveaways may include additional terms outlined in the “Legal Information” section of the applicable giveaway page ("Giveaway Page"). Where specific rules differ from these Rules, the specific rules govern.

BY ENTERING ANY GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES. THESE RULES INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, LIMIT LIABILITY, AND REQUIRE WAIVERS OF CERTAIN RIGHTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

2. No Purchase Necessary: NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASES DO NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

3. Eligibility: Giveaways are open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida, New York, Michigan, and Puerto Rico, and are void in jurisdictions where restricted or prohibited. Participants must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) as of the date of entry.

Employees, officers, or affiliates of Vault Sweepstakes Inc., vendors, prize suppliers, advertising agencies, or their immediate families/households are not eligible.

4. Entry Methods: There are three ways to enter:

A. Membership Entry: By subscribing to a Loot Vault membership plan, you receive a recurring number of entries per month. Entry bonuses or multipliers may be provided during promotional periods.

B. One-Time Entry Pack Purchases: You may purchase standalone entry packs from our website. Each pack includes a fixed number of entries for the current giveaway. Purchase of entry packs grants no additional perks or services, only entries.

C. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Participants may enter the Loot Vault Sweepstakes without making a purchase by submitting a handwritten mail-in entry. To do so, write on a 3”x5” card or paper the following: “Loot Vault Sweepstakes Entry,” your full legal name, mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), phone number, email address, and date of birth. Place the card in a standard business-size envelope with a handwritten return address on the front, and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the equivalent number of entries as the 500-entry digital pack. Entries must include all required information in the specified format to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one envelope), oversized envelopes, weighted envelopes, or envelopes with adhesives or tacky substances on the outside will be disqualified and destroyed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the sweepstakes period and received no later than five (5) days after the giveaway deadline. Mail-in entries must be original—no photocopies, scans, or reproductions will be accepted.

5. Entry Limits: Participants may enter up to a maximum of 100,000 entries per person per month, regardless of method. Entries exceeding this cap may be discarded or lead to disqualification.

6. Winner Selection: Winners are selected through a secure, AI-powered random drawing process, which ensures fairness and eliminates bias. Loot Vault's team will verify the winner's eligibility and then contact them via the email and/or phone number provided during entry. Winners must respond within 5 days or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Notification & Verification: Potential winners must complete a Prize Acceptance form, and may be required to submit a valid photo ID, sign an affidavit of eligibility, and/or complete a tax form (such as IRS Form 1099). Canadian residents may also be required to answer a skill-testing question as required by law.

8. Prize Conditions: All prizes are described in the Specific Rules on the giveaway page. Loot Vault may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, or costs associated with the receipt and use of any prize.

Privacy Policy and Use of Personal Information By entering a Loot Vault sweepstakes or signing up for a membership, you agree that Loot Vault LLC may collect and use your personal data—including name, contact information, and order history—for the purposes of administering sweepstakes, confirming eligibility, notifying winners, and improving our services. Data is processed in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers. For complete information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Arbitration and Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis. This means:

• No class or representative actions.
• Disputes will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury.
• Arbitration will occur in Wake County, North Carolina.
• Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree to limit any claims to actual out-of-pocket expenses.

This arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Changes to Terms Loot Vault LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any sweepstakes or these rules at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised “Effective Date.” date.

By entering, you agree to abide by these terms and any Specific Rules associated with individual giveaways. Please retain a copy for your records.
