Official Giveaway Rules

Effective Date: October 6, 2025

1. Sponsor; Scope; Acceptance

These Official Rules govern all sweepstakes (each, a “Giveaway”) conducted by Loot Vault LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” “our”). By entering any Giveaway, you (“Entrant”) agree to these Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Each Giveaway may include additional terms published on the corresponding Giveaway Page, which form part of these Rules. Where conflicts exist, specific Giveaway Page terms control.

BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES, INCLUDING A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, payment, or membership does not increase your chances of winning because a free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) is available that provides the same number of entries as the corresponding paid method in effect on the AMOE postmark date, including publicly advertised multipliers/bonuses (see Section 4).

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Eligibility; Geographic Scope

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. For any Giveaway with a total announced prize value over $5,000, entries from Florida and New York are void unless Sponsor states on the Giveaway Page that the Giveaway has been registered and bonded in those states per law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent/affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, vendors, prize suppliers, and the immediate family/household members of each are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Each Giveaway runs during a defined Promotion Period, listed on the Giveaway Page. You may enter through:

A. Product-Based Entries

Purchase of specific digital products (such as wallpapers, sound packs, and membership subscriptions) will earn a disclosed number of entries per dollar. Each qualifying product and its entry value will be clearly listed at checkout and on product pages.

B. Membership Entries

Active members may receive automatic monthly entries, rollover bonuses, and multipliers depending on the selected plan. Entry amounts are disclosed in the membership description.

C. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase:

Limit one (1) AMOE card per envelope. No mechanical reproductions or bulk/aggregated mailings. AMOE entries must be postmarked within the Giveaway’s Promotion Period and received within 7 days prior to the Giveaway’s stated end date. Postage must be paid. AMOE entries are treated identically to paid and membership entries for purposes of the drawing and odds.

5. Entry Limits

Unless otherwise stated on a Giveaway Page, the maximum is 100,000 total entries per person per Giveaway, regardless of method (membership, paid, AMOE combined). Sponsor may impose a lower cap for a specific Giveaway; any such cap will be stated on the Giveaway Page. Sponsor may disqualify entries that exceed posted limits.

6. Promotion Period

Each Giveaway begins and ends on the dates/times set forth on its Giveaway Page (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s systems or Administrator’s clock is the official time-keeping device.

7. Winner Selection; Odds

Eligible entries will be included in a computerized random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee (which may include secure or AI-assisted randomization technology). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor/Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to a Giveaway.

8. Notification; Verification; Taxes

Potential winner(s) will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. A potential winner must respond within 5 days of the first attempted notice or an alternate may be selected. Sponsor may require completion of a Prize Acceptance form, presentation of valid government-issued photo identification, and (for U.S. prizes with value ≥ $600) completion of an IRS Form W-9; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required. Failure to timely complete required documents will result in disqualification.

9. Prizes; Conditions; Shipping

Prizes are described on the Giveaway Page. No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with prize receipt and use. Unless otherwise stated, Sponsor will ship prizes to the U.S. address confirmed by the winner; risk of loss passes to winner upon delivery to the carrier.

10. Prohibited Conduct; Integrity

Entries generated or submitted by bots, scripts, macros, or automated means are void. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Refunded, charged-back, or disputed payments void associated entries.Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance at any time.

11. Publicity Release

Where lawful, by accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.

12. Privacy

By entering, you agree Sponsor may collect, process, and use your personal information (e.g., name, contact info, and order/entry history) to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, notify winners, and improve services, consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy posted on its website. Sponsor does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

13. Releases; Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent/affiliates (including Vault Sweepstakes Inc.), prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation or any prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages; recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entry.

14. Disputes; Arbitration; Class Waiver

MANDATORY ARBITRATION; CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. Except for individual claims in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to a Giveaway or these Rules shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitral forum. The arbitration shall take place in Wake County, North Carolina, applying the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable law. No class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions or arbitrations are permitted. To the extent required by law, nothing in this Section waives a party’s right to seek public injunctive relief.
Optional opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration requirement by sending a signed, written notice to the AMOE address within 30 days after your first entry into any Giveaway; your opt-out will not affect prior actions taken under these Rules.

15. Winners List

For a list of winners (first name/last initial, city/state) for a specific Giveaway, send a written request to the AMOE address in Section 4 within 60 days after that Giveaway ends, or check the Giveaway Page if posted.

16. Social Platform Notice

Unless expressly stated, Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok). You understand you are providing information to Sponsor, not to any social platform.

17. General Terms

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Giveaway or these Rules at any time; changes will be effective when posted with a revised Effective Date. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
